I stopped by Starbucks today and was really impressed by Stella. She looked exhausted and maybe a little demoralized?totally get it, long shifts are rough?but she didn?t let it stop her. She put real effort into my coffee, and it was fantastic, honestly one of the best I?ve had there. You could see her pushing through, and it paid off. She still managed a friendly vibe despite everything, and it made my visit way better than I expected. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her who cares that much!

I am very disappointed with the quality of coffee as well as the rude attitude of barrista Stella. Stella got my order wrong the first time with normal milk, then I asked to get it right as I made it very clear when ordering it?s an allergy. Then, I am served by extremely rude attitude, also watery coffee. Hope more trainings on work ethic could be planned out. (Maybe also on how to make a proper coffee)

Came today for a coffee and ordered on the mobile app. I was waiting for a while for my coffee, I then when up and asked Stella if anyone had received my order as it had been a long time. I was rudely met with a rude attitude stating that the computers didn?t work. I then asked if someone could make my coffee manually and I just got an eye roll. Eventually once my coffee was made I was just shoved it and nothing said. Not the service I?d expect from Starbucks. The person that served me was Stella.

There were 5 of us. We came every morning to have breakfast during our stay in London. The welcome was friendly. We had our assigned place every day. We got used to it. Clean place except the toilets.
Latte with the little hearts were so good as well as the caramel macchiato ?
The croissants are so good as well as the ?CHOCOLATINES? and not pain au chocolat. I hope that since my departure they have rectified this error ?

The cashier was so kind. The people before me in line didn?t know English and he was so patient as they pantomimed the order back and forth. Then he let me have hot water, which not every London store will do (it?s a low bar but I had to blacklist a Starbucks near Harrods because of this).

Fast and helpful service
I found the toilets very neglected but it is understandable given the high turnout of people in this street

It's definitely a great Starbucks. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is nice, just off Oxford Street. There is limited seating and only one toilet. But everything was clean and well maintained.

Small Starbucks with the usual menu. Pleasant and fast service. Few seats.
Very dirty toilets, unworthy of the 21st Century!
