I love my visits to Starbucks! The atmosphere is always cozy and inviting, perfect for a quick coffee run or a study session. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect drink every time. I recently tried their decaf latte , and it was delicious?smooth and perfectly balanced. Plus, I appreciate their commitment to sustainability and quality ingredients. Highly recommend stopping by for a pick-me-up! ???

Be careful in this place. Yesterday my sister's wallet was stolen. We asked the staff for help to call the police and they did not want to help. It didn't cost them anything, also knowing that there was almost no work. We even suspected them because of the disappearance of the wallet that disappeared right at the checkout. The staff is unpleasant, they answer badly and look at you badly. The place is super dirty and not to mention the bathroom. CAREFUL

We went to see Christmas lights. It was very cold outside, this was our saviour. Nice warm inside, loved their Christmas menu, quick service, very friendly staff, tasty food. We are anyway fan of Starbucks coffee and food ?

It's a small and cozy Starbucks, so there aren't many places to sit.
The staff are friendly though
A different drink came out than the coffee I ordered.
There is a line because there is only one bathroom.
There is an outlet under the table to plug the charger into, but it doesn't work.

Horrible experience. Instantly the person behind the counter didn't greet me, I know it's a simple thing but my experience got worst. She continued to press me if I wanted to order, once that ordeal was over I sat at my table and didn't even get called to get my coffee. It was sat there for 5 whole minutes while the staff were just talking with each other. Completely disrespectful and a completely lack of understanding on how customer service works. Awful

The pumpkin marble cake was delicious. The staff were friendly. The only reason that I gave the service 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that none of the Starbucks in London were taking credit cards for payment.

Bradley and Zilvia were the best host to the school kids and their carers. They need a raise. Very accommodating as the weather was crazy. Stayed calm despite the atmosphere.
