Sandeep served me and was amazing, being lactose intolerant I'd forgotten to ask for different milk and he changed my order promptly without fuss and very quickly when asked, nothing too much trouble for him, Starbucks this guy was a refreshing change in customer service these days and a real asset! Thanks Sandeep ?

Filtered coffee is not major as in the States or Japan. You may be required to negotiate with staff that you want to drink it and asked to wait for a few minutes. However staff are very friendly and here are relaxed place where you may feel ease to kill some time and meet someone around the very center of London.

The most friendly staff ever. In my clumsiness, I spilled my drink all over the table, floor and seats (no one was hurt). And they promptly helped tidy it up meticulously without complaining and made a lot effort to make me not feel bad. They also made sure to quickly provide me the same drink without saying a word. Cannot say all the staff are that kind, professional and friendly in other places.

I go into this Starbucks once every few days and it actually changes the direction of my mornings! Sandeep and Helen and the team are always so nice and look happy to be there which is refreshing, they are always 2 steps ahead and no my funny order pretty much by heart now! Thank you!

I ordered a frappuccino tonight, and accidentally poured it on the table near the counter. I felt embarrassed, but the staff was so kind. He wiped the table.and offered to make a new drink for me. Great experience and friendly staffs.

I went there around 7 AM, and all the Starbucks staff were bright and friendly. I stayed for about an hour to review some class materials, and I was touched by how genuinely each employee wished every customer a enjoy day. The flat white coffee was also delicious. Thank you??

This is my new favourite coffee shop. The herbal teas and coffees are the best in the area.
The customer service really made a difference. Big shout out to Clara. What an angel. So sweet, warm and welcoming. Going the extra mile for my order. I will come here every week after my yoga class.
