Staff members are extremely rude, toilets are not available as they use very harmful chemicals. Eating behind the bar and rolling eyes.

It was great but I think they should bring more chairs and upstairs such a big queue for the toilet and the smell and there was no air upstairs

During the Christmas walks, a mandatory stop for a warm Latte and Cappuccino, and we had a warmed panini to eat, fast service... it was difficult to sit down in the premises, but considering the Christmas time, it's ok.
We bought cups to take home as a souvenir???.

A real disaster, I had never been in one so bad in my life, the coffee was horrible, the staff didn't notice. Everything we have asked to throw away.
