I placed an advance order through the Starbucks app for egg white bites and a cake pop. Unfortunately, my visit was fraught with issues:
The staff gave me packed egg white bites without opening the package and heating them, which is not how they're meant to be served. This oversight significantly impacted the quality and enjoyment of the item.
Upon opening the cake pop, I discovered it was smashed. This rendered the treat practically inedible and certainly not presentable.
The purpose of ordering ahead is convenience and ensuring items are prepared correctly. However, this experience defeated that purpose entirely. The lack of attention to detail in both preparing and packaging the items is concerning.
I expect better from Starbucks, especially given their reputation and prices.

With all the neighborhood cafes i was still looking for something that would remind me of home. I proceeded to order my usual but it was far from it! Cold foam doesn't exist here. It was cold liquid not foam. It was a Pretty sad drink!
