I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jacob, the barista at Starbucks, for making me an amazing customised drink! He was super friendly, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and absolutely nailed it ? it was delicious. Thanks, Jacob, for the great service and tasty creation!

Yesterday I was served by Ivan who was fantastically welcoming!
I had to make a number or large orders, 10+ drinks at a time which is so crazy especially on a busy day being a Sunday and the London Marathon being on too.
Each time I walked in he greeted me with a smile, served me efficiently and was so attentive in making sure that the order was all correct.
This is exactly the type of service everyone needs whether its one drink or 10!

This Starbucks, located right next to UCL Hospital, is incredibly convenient for anyone visiting or working at the hospital. It's a small spot but has a relaxed, chilled vibe that's perfect for grabbing a quick coffee break. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly, which is always a plus when you're in a hurry. Great place to unwind for a few minutes or pick up a drink to go! Highly recommend if you're in the area.

£5.50 for a pumpkin spice latte, Jesus wept! Wow. Gonna get a 4 pack of beers from Tesco next time. The price of a coffee is an absolute joke.

I can't believe how they could mess up my order twice when I simply ordered the oat latte. Firstly, they served me the iced one, and secondly, they served me a hot caramel latte... I'm truly in a rush for work in the morning, and thankfully I'm not allergic to it, so I took it in the end.

For a small Starbucks who are absolutely run off their feet due to being next to a busy train station; these guys are amazing. So attentive, fast and got everything done perfectly- all with smiles on their faces and the most welcoming tone. Hats off to you guys I know it?s not easy but you make it look effortless

Avoid at all costs. Cannot believe in 2024 they were carrying out maintenance works over food and beverages. Take a look at the pictures.
Explains why the Coffee tasted metallic, weird & bloody. Absolutely horrible service, and a true example of corporate greed. Surely it would have been more prudent to have simply reopened after the builders had left !

First visit to a Starbucks! I normally use the other place. But happily surprised and had a decent mocha and hot chocolate here! Not the cheapest but still a nice cup of coffee.Staff pleasant and friendly.

The two clerks seemed as not waken up from sleep, extremely slow and careless, when there was only one person waiting in front of me, I waited 10 minutes to order. Eventually, they provided a wrong coffee with wrong size???funniest shop

This is the second time when staff in this branch , look at me, but serve someone else although I was next in line . I will spend my money somewhere else from now on other than Starbucks.
