Staff just don?t care. Three of them standing there doing nothing. Could have informed me the filter coffee had been standing for a long time. Was barely warm - if I hadn?t been in such a hurry I would have complained. Bad service. Busy gossiping amongst themselves at 9 am. Poor.

I visited this store on 16 may 2025 at 17:15 and wanted to buy a filter coffee. The staff refused to serve stating that they started cleaning the machine. They told me that the procedure is to start cleaning the machine 2 hours prior closing. How this is possible? They forced me to buy Americano. This does not make any sense. No coffee shop starts cleaning so early. I insisted to buy filter coffee but refused me to offer

Went to get 2 ice caramel coffee with cream today around 1:45pm,the young coffee maker guy was chatting with his 2 friends rather than concentrating on his job,when I asked him to speed up & chat later he replied back that he can't control the shot when I was standing right there watching him.Coffee shots were already in the cup.Cream wasn't there & he was giving it to me without cream.Management,please train your staff.

Stopped here for a break. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the space inside is small but I seated outside. It was the Starbucks with the friendliest staff i?ve ever met! ?

I only purchased coffee and a wafer but found some members of staff to be delightful and for the most part helpful. There was limited seating indoors with extra seating outside. The place was very busy and the coffee excellent as I have come to expect at Starbucks. I was happy to stumble across this place to take a break and refreshments as I was trying to avoid the crowds in Oxford Street.

The staff are very unfriendly and they make you feel bad for placing an order by reacting like I am not supposed to do that? Will go somewhere else from now on where I don?t feel scared to place an order.
