I was served by Alex .He was very warm welcoming and care customer sattisfaction also very important asset of this store as barista .He always expanding limit of customer sattisfaction. I didn't manage to get the name of the lady who served me but she was soo kind and helpful. I visited around 3pm on 28th july and the customer service was great. I ordered the tiramisu oat shaken drink and it has never looked so good. It also tasted so good. I order this quite alot and this is the first time it's looked so similar to the image on the menu so super impressed and even more impressed with the customer service!

Came here yesterday - FANTASTIC speedy service, great customer skills and the woman behind the counter was lovely. Drinks and Caesar wrap were both perfect and they have a lovely little outside area to sit in!

Refurbished streamlined ?soft? curvilinear interior that?s understated and, uh.. unfussy but with very limited seating capacity; purposed and incentivised here for take-out.
Usual formulaic limited ?lite-bite? + pastry configuration that?s unlikely to challenge expectations and it doesn?t.
Staff be friendly, composed and efficient.
Corporate anonymity, nevertheless reliable, clean, fresh and reasonably priced.

Weak insipid coffee, two staff who just about managed to stop chatting long enough to rename me, and then just laugh when we mentioned the toilet might need a clean sometime this decade. A tepid expensive cup of coloured water made oh so special by a broken and dirty toilet seat, dirty floor, basin splattered with unidentifiable goop, and half a cheap toilet roll on the floor.

We have an emergency,
I'm going to the toilet, today, August 18, 2024,
at 5:55 p.m.
and the seller lied to me that it was being cleaned.
But in reality the toilet was not cleaned.
I am diagnosed with a chronic diagnosis,
and I need the toilet more often,
than a healthy person.

Dorian and Agath took such good care of us yesterday after having sustained a long hot sauna like experience inside the British museum. Dorian made sure I was hydrated with an extra cup of ice water with a smile and some friendly advice. Very welcome attitude for us out of town visitors.

Funnily enough it's my second most visited Starbucks, very nice staff.
Update: heres a comparison between a drink from caper street (right hand) and this place (left hand). This place is absolutely leagues better.

I agree with other reviews that the staff in this Starbucks is very loud (with their voices, the dishes and everything else). Many people come to relax, read, work or talk to their friends, this level of noise is disturbing and insensitive
