One of the worst experiences we?ve ever had. I know Starbucks products very well and I?m a regular customer. Unfortunately, I walked into this store for the first time and immediately noticed the barista looking totally annoyed and unmotivated this afternoon. After ordering, I received a muffin that was unbelievably dry (who knows how many days it had been sitting there), and the coffee experience was even worse. My iced caramel macchiato was basically comparable to dirty water.
I will never return to this store, terrible customer service and terrible products.

No toilette available. For the rest usual Starbucks. Decent outside terrace but just few seats inside. Typical rush hours place ?

Ordered a warm latte in store, lady called Sudheshna just replied yeah yeah and giggled in the end I received a hot coffee as she used same milk as for previous customer without following my request, so I end up burning up my tongue. When I mentioned that to her she just laughed back and said it wasnt too hot. Terrible customer service, I dont recommend anyone going to that branch, the one on the Bond street station is way better!

The slowest starbucks in the world over 30 minutes to get a drink! The staff is fast, they are just 2 people. They just need more staff

On the 28/11/2024 ?in the morning, I was served the worst latte I ever had! I felt that they served me half of milk with hot water. Plus the service! OMG! Those young staff looked so annoyed and tired. I went again today and even complaint about the taste of the latte and the cashier just returned to me that ?they don?t put water on coffee?. As his lack of interest about what I said, I kindly approached to the barista and explained to her about my tasteless latte from day before. But no one cares, I got back AGAIN with a really bad taste latte, milk (watery/burned). Suggestions: @StarbucksUK, teach your baristas how to steam milk for latte or go and check that coffee machine. If you kindly can refund my money for those two grande lattes, I will be very grateful.

I nearly walked straight out as I entered on Wednesday evening 24/7/24 ,as there is minimal internal seating at this branch. But , after a very stressful day , I was desperate for a coffee fix so stayed and I was not disappointed. This has to be the best oatmilk cappuccino I have ever had . Served promptly and with smile by the 2 baristas on duty . Thank you.
