Ordered a cool lime refresher with light ice, got a full cup of ice with a side of cool lime refresher instead. When asked why i have that much ice the woman didnt apologies and just showed me a VENTI(the biggest size) cup full of ice an told me: ?that?s how much we usually put in? and i literally orderd a TALL(the smallest size)how can you compare the two?? and its really just this starbucks i went to like 6 different ones the next 2 days and they were so lovely and understood what light ice meant.

almost everyday i enjoy the Coffee here all the staff there make it very good except the girl who made it for me this morning whenever she makes it i am not satisfied and the coffee is even still whole beans and what if i swallow it omg

Came early Sunday to finish some work. Unfortunately the WiFi was slow and the seats aren?t so comfortable.

The person who served me was helpful and pleasant, and the tea in a ceramic cup was fine, but apart from that this branch of Starbucks is decidedly forlorn and in need of tlc. Most of the seating is in a rather bare area downstairs. I used the toilet, which required a code, and it was in a very poor state - no toilet paper or soap, and the flush button was missing ?.

The toilet in this shop is so disgusting, it looks like the toilet are never been cleaned in years. Specially a shop who serves food and next to it those toilets make the experience very bad.

Didn't want any food out of here to be honest. Place was filthy. Had a funny smell to the place too. Had a hot chocolate...... sorry luke warm chocolate which was ok. Had to use the toilet and that was DISGUSTING. wasn't clean, no toilet paper and rubbish on floor.
And just watched a member of staff kick a green tub full of food front the front counter to behind it. Other members of public also witnessed this
Not a very nice experience to be honest. Don't come here

I worked here briefly as a student. The Manager and 2 supervisors used to bully me and talk down to me as if I was a piece of dirt. 4 weeks in, I left when I decided I had taken enough abuse.

This starbucks is not clean at all. There were flies around the food, sticky floors, and years of dirt around the place. The toilets are worse than going to one at a festival 3 days in, vile. The coffee tasted bad, with milk that tasted off. Honestly, it's the worst Starbucks I've been to in many years. I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone, no matter how desperate, visit here.
