Went to get a coffee and paid 6£ for it, when for the coffee was denied a mug by Yoon supposely because the dishwasher was broken. The rest of the customers all had have in Mugs. Maybe Yoon was to lazy to wash the mugs later on. Will not be back at this one.

Can't fault the service but the coffee is not as good as other high street coffee shops... I only visited because someone else was buying.

It is a nice Starbucks and friendly staff. It is nice and spacious and has aircondition during the summer.
Just like any other Starbucks a good variety of coffees and foods and great internet.
Toilets are not the greatest but that is just a minor detail.

I ordered a cappuccino and is not good in a 2 out of 5? they don?t know how to steam milk my milk was burned and there is a weird unpleasant smell here

Stopped by with my missy and we had a great time at this Starbucks. The cold drinks hit the spot ? I had something like a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with ice, and she went for an Iced Caramel Latte. Perfect combo!
Shoutout to the amazing staff ? Aylin, Amanda, and Feuzi ? who made the experience even better. Super friendly, we got along well, and they even made me laugh a few times. Only thing missing? A smoothie! No matter how hard I tried, I couldn?t get one ? maybe Starbucks can add that to their to-do list! ?
Fun fact: the famous mermaid logo is inspired by mythical sirens who lure sailors, just like Starbucks aims to attract customers with their drinks. The name ?Starbucks? comes from a character in Moby-Dick, adding a cool nautical touch.

I came with my boyfriend to have a coffee and a snack and do a little reading but before we even got the chance to sit down we were trying to figure out where was best to sit and one of the servers very rudely cut us off and said ?the toilets are for customers only? I tried to explain we were looking for where to sit before we came up to the counter to place our order (we?d been in the cafe for a total about 5 seconds) but she just turned her back on us and ignored me mid-sentence. Needless to say we did not stay as we felt very unwelcome.

I was poisoned by the coffee offered by a Chinese agent lady having a face mask to look as a white lady. I felt headache after drinking a little bit of the coffee. Later, a Chinese male agent arrived with big smile on his face and seemed very pleased about that lady staff's successful poisoning activity. Please skip this location to keep you safe and healthy.

Shocking. Maybe I've been spoilt living in Melbourne with brilliant Baristas making great coffee. I ordered a simple Grande Latte and a slice of lemon cake. My friend also had the same. We had one drink of it and it was like dishwater. The lemon cake was dry and we were unable to swallow it. I took it all back downstairs and told them in was rubbish.
