Cannot comment on food (I'm not a big fan for Starbucks food in general) however the staff here are always so lovely and service has always been very quick here. Thank you for always making my morning visit so pleasant! The baristas here are excellent, I've never had bad coffee!

This is one of a oulet offered poor and experience.
The store level dining area has only 3-4 counter seats, usually there are no empty seats.
They have more seats downstairs but need to negotiate a long steep staircase.
I ordered a croissant, the staff gave me the croissant and a plate, I have to go asked another staff before I was given a pair of disposable wooden fork and knife.
They have a toilet downstairs, unlike Itsu, the counter staff doesn't give customer the combination code to unlock the toilet door unless asked.

I?m a big matcha fan, though Starbucks usually isn?t my first choice. But I had one of the best iced matcha lattes here?made by Yeon. The building is currently under construction and still covered in scaffolding, but don?t let that stop you from walking in for a matcha.

i got the wrong coffee, but everything else was nice. there's a sitting area in the basement, bathrooms, electricity and wifi. close to marylebone station, if you have to wait for a train

I'm sorry to provide a negative review but on this occasion the usual standards were not met . Having bought our drinks we headed downstairs into a dull and dispiriting cellar. On the way we passed the toilet, the door of which was broken. My ice coffee was fine but the rest of the party were disappointed with their coffees. We realised that a customer ahead of us had rejected his drink. Once we had been served the filters were cleaned and his drink was replaced. After a short time we were informed that the cellar room would be closing imminently. I think it unlikely that we will return to that Starbucks. I feel sure that the staff were trying to provide a good service in difficult circumstances. They maintained a pleasant attitude
