Gabriel absolutely needs a doctor he made noise more than two factories someone tell him there is coffee shops and people come here for relaxing the lady was perfect but he was angry and danger.

The man taking my order said the drink didn?t exist even though I had it the day before from the same place, then he added a different drink saying it was the same thing and saying they both included the same ingredients however they did not and then he said they are both pink so it shouldn?t matter. The drink I was given was not what I ordered and people deserve better service.

In japan there is much more food and drink selection so im comparing it to ones there, which i liked a lot. Although it may be subjective, i remember coffee being better?. Interiors were also more appealing. Can't complain about the service

I bought a medium Americano and water at c. 8:15 on 25/6/2024.
The male member of staff (Paolo I think his name is) who took my order and name was very professional and pleasant.
The female member of staff who made the coffee was very rude. She dumped a cup of coffee down on the counter. Others were waiting before me so how was I to know this was my coffee. When no one went for the coffee, she deigned to say it was an Americano. No smile, no customer service. Why take my name if you can?t be bothered to even say my name? Did she profile me and decide I wasn?t worthy of decent customer service? Why are these types of people with no customer care skills employed? Is Starbucks this desperate?
When I worked in the service industry as a student, we were taught better than this.

Staff like to let homeless people sit inside all day who have not showered for a long time. I think they close earlier and serve less coffees that so they are content to let the situation continue.No management and extremely bad management. Customers spending 10 pounds on a coffee and snack should consider going elsewhere.

What is going on with Starbucks in this country? This store is not that big a Starbucks but at 6pm 8 March there are still a good number of customers enjoying their drinks and food. This store is open today until 8pm. However, at 6pm employees are closing down a major seating section and asking customers to immediately move out. One star for service and atmosphere. Are there any managers of Starbucks in the UK aware this and other poor service that seems to be routine in many London Starbucks?
