The lady at the top floor on the outdoors section was quite rude. I asked for a size 9, while holding a 9.5 and told her I?d like to try both. She comes back with a size 9. I asked her where the left size 9.5 was but she already turned and left me. After a while, she comes back, I ask her can I get a 9.5. She was so rude and told me ?You just asked for a size 9, so you have to wait?. When the size 9.5 comes, I fit it, I like it. I told her I was getting the size 9.5, but asked her if she had a stock that wasnt put on display. She answered that she will give me a 10% discount instead but I cannot return the item if I change my mind. I opted out of the offer as it was so sus to not give me a new pair, give a 10% discount but would no longer be able to return the product. So I bought the shoes and went downstairs and asked the guy on the till their return, by chance she came down at the same time and asked me what was wrong. I told her that what she offered was very sus. She was very rude in explaining and kept talking over me and always reiterated that I misunderstood (lady you were so unclear) Only then did she say that there was no other stock of 9.5, thats why she only gave me the left shoe and the offer of the discount.
Next time, I?d just probably fit the shoe in store but buy it online. Was not happy with the service at all.

Avoid! They are breaching basic consumer rights.
If you want to return your purchase, they won?t give you a refund. Instead, they?ll issue a voucher that can only be used at Sports Direct. I?m pretty sure this goes against consumer rights.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
The salesperson serving us was extremely rude. His attitude was such that he was doing us a favour by serving us. We did not want to stoop to his level, hence we ignored him and started talking to another salesperson.
Upon seeing this, he came and confronted us in a very aggressive manner.
The manager was nearby, so we went to him and explained him the whole situation. He was apologetic from his behalf but I am not sure whether our concerns were taken in the gravity it should have been.
If you really want to go to SportsDirect, I would suggest you rather go to the one at Piccadilly Circus, which is barely 10 minutes by walking.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

There is good variety at this store however almost everything is cheaper online. Every item we bought, we had to show the staff the online price for them to ?price match? their own website. Ridiculous! The staff seems bored as well
