Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They accommodated my need for an elevator without needing to specially request it, and they were helpful with my small child, who had to attend the appointment with me.

I?ve been going to this branch of Specsavers for years and the customer experience has really declined. It feels like a conveyor belt with no personalisation to service at all anymore. I had a 1:45 appointment and arrived at 1:40 to find the waiting room full. I had not been seen by 2:05 and was told they were running behind by another 20 minutes. Clearly the booking system needs to be sorted out because there seems to be nothing in place allow optometrists flexibility when dealing with customers. I walked out because I had other commitments which is frustrating because I had every intention of spending my money there and now I?m having to look elsewhere.

This is a busy shop, and the service suffers accordingly. When I needed to get new glasses 2 years ago, the experience felt like buying a second hand car. Contact lens and eye test appointments appear to be consistently late (I have waited over 25 minutes on both occasions). Compared to other Specsavers shops, the customer experience feels transactional and overly commercial.

Always been very satisfied with this branch in my last 2 visits and even spotted some issue I have in one of my eyes that I was unaware of. Very grateful for their time and patience in the testing suite for taking my questions and providing very informative feedback. Also have been extremely quick and accommodating in sending my glasses over to the lab and getting the lens sorted as I don't actually live near this branch but they seem to have good communication with the lab where the lenses are fitted. Highly recommended overall
