I?ve used Snappy Snaps on Baker Street a number of times and have always found the staff to be polite, calm and pleasant. On this visit, Greg and Alfie offered excellent service friendly, efficient and really helpful. Always a great experience!

£20 for passport photos is a disgrace.
It's not true that there are complicated requirements for different counties. Almost all need a 35 x 45 cm photo! It's the same as UK passport, student id or many others. It's so simple and does not in any way justify the price. It's just predatory behaviour because people are desperate and time sensitive with things like visa applications.

Honestly, I?m really disappointed with my experience at the Baker Street branch. I came in to get my passport photos taken ? something really important for my visa renewal. I paid £20 for just 2 pictures, expecting professional quality, but when I went to the visa office, they told me the photos were too dark and not usable. I trusted this place because it?s supposed to be professional, but clearly that wasn?t the case. Total waste of money and time. Not happy at all.

Destroyed my photos from a disposable camera. Photos were from a family visit, they stated that the film got stuck in a machine. I hadn?t seen my family in over a year and used a disposable camera to capture photos from their visit to London and made the mistake of taking the camera to a shop where I?ve had negative experiences in the past. Unprofessional and incompetent.

I have used Snappy Snaps Baker Street a few times recently and on all occasions with different staff members, I have been super impressed with the service offered. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with a dithering customer. I thoroughly recommend.
