Such a great experience here! I popped in last minute to print a photo for my visa, and Lewis was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, quick, and really made sure my photo was spot-on for the requirements. He even double-checked everything to make sure I wouldn?t have any issues. Scott at Snappy Snaps was absolutely FANTASTIC! I always dread having ID photos taken, but he made the experience effortless. I?ve been coming to this branch for a while now, mostly for film development and prints. The staff are always really helpful and friendly. They are always happy to help when I need to get something done quickly. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Snappy Snaps was very disappointing. I dropped off my film at the Baker Street branch, but Sophia, a staff member, mistakenly emailed me someone else?s photos via Snappy Snaps Mayfair. Despite requesting a refund, I never received one. Although I eventually got my own photos back, the quality was underwhelming and not worth the price.

I had some photos developed through the Baker Street branch that were ended up sent through here. However, they had sent someone else?s pictures and the pictures that I had developed might have gone god knows where! It is an ultimate violation of privacy. The worst part about this is the lack of a sincere apology from them as well as a lack of compensation for an overall poor service that had a reduced quality of photos compared to other branches. A bad representation of a usually efficient service!

Friendly staff. However, I specifically asked for them to keep hold of my negatives for an amount of time only to find out that they had been binned. Scans were also average quality for the £20 per roll price.
