Good evening,
I dined at your restaurant this Monday, March 31st.
The service was a disaster.
I ordered my meal at the kiosk, and when I made the payment, there was an error with the machine. The payment was processed, but not the order.
After speaking with a server, he gave me a 100% guarantee that I would not be charged. He invited me to repeat the transaction at the counter, and I complied.
In the end, I was charged twice.
I therefore demand a refund as soon as possible.
Please contact me for the necessary procedures.

Anjali and the other people from the staff were very kind with us and the food was delicious and the ambient was good.
If I had to say a bad point, it would be a little bit expensive.

I never thought I might give Shake Shack less than 4 stars. But in London the taste is shocking in a negative way. The meat is tasteless and the cheese on the fries tastes like sand.
The staff are very friendly which was the only positive thing in this place.
P.S. I recommend the management to remove the ice tea from the menu because it's more like cold green tea.
