Love having a look round Selfridges, lots of floors with lots of different items. Ladies, men's, children's clothes, toys, food.

Stopped by Selfridges last weekend after a friend recommended their food hall. The variety was impressive, and I enjoyed browsing, but the checkout line was painfully slow. One customer ahead of me had an issue, and the staff didn?t call for backup, so I stood there for almost 15 minutes just to buy a sandwich and drink. The place is stylish and buzzing, but I wish the service matched the atmosphere.

This is a photo I copied of the new Zapp , battery - powered sensational motorbike. Light weight, agile and achieving 60MPH, I believe that it will knock the socks of a new generation of thoughtful commuters in communities where cost and environmental concerns are met!

Selfridges in London is truly an iconic destination?both a retail paradise and a historic landmark. The moment you step inside, the grandeur of the architecture makes an impression: soaring ceilings, beautifully restored details, and a sense of timeless elegance that blends classic design with modern flair.
The sales associates are exceptional?warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping without ever feeling pushy. Whether you?re browsing high-end fashion, beauty, or gourmet food, their expertise makes the experience smooth and enjoyable.
Beyond shopping, Selfridges feels like an event in itself. The window displays are works of art, and the themed installations throughout the year show a real commitment to creativity and innovation. The Food Hall is a must-visit, offering everything from artisan chocolates to international delicacies, and the rooftop restaurant provides a stunning view of the city?perfect for taking a break amid the buzz of Oxford Street.
Overall, Selfridges isn?t just a store?it?s part of London?s cultural fabric. It?s the kind of place where shopping feels like sightseeing, and even if you?re not buying anything, wandering through its departments is an experience worth making time for.

I recently purchased a Demeiller handbag from Selfridge?s during my recent trip to London. Upon returning to the United States, I started to put my things in the bag and the class fell off. The bag cost me $650, and I am now disputing it. Their customer service just keeps telling me to wait and wait, instead of giving me the refund for a bag that was faulty when I purchased it. I told them that I was happy to send the bag back to them after I receive my refund if they send me a prepaid postage however, they are still going back-and-forth and it has been over a month if you are from the United States or anywhere else, I do not recommend this company. Had I known that it was gonna be this difficult for them to provide a refund for something that should?ve never been sold I would?ve never purchased it. I have bought handbags for $25 from target before that lasted several years. This one did not even last 24 hours without the clap and closure breaking.

got Ni Hao(ed) by 2 staffs from Sisley. 0/5 stars if I can.
On Tuesday 16/09 at about 6.15pm I was in Selfridges trying to go to the Beauty Hall and jusr happened to pass Sisley counter.
As I was walking, the male staff said Ni Hao to me, which annoyed me already but I kept quiet, but then the female staff next to him also said Ni Hao to me. So I told her I was not chinese.
This kind of behaviour is very disappointing to see from Sisley and Selfridges. I definitely was not expecting this from such establishment. Just because I am asian, does not mean that I am chinese. I am not even east asian. Unfortunately I will NOT be going back to Selfridges.

Selfridges has such a modern, lively feel to it compared to other department stores. I like how they regularly update their displays and host pop-up shops, so there?s always something new to see. The fashion section is fantastic, with a wide mix of brands. Their beauty hall is another highlight, with staff who are helpful but not pushy. I often find it less stressful than Harrods, even though it?s busy. The store has a really positive energy about it that makes browsing enjoyable. It?s one of my favourite stops on Oxford Street.
