Yesterday I bought a pair of shoes from them. We asked for pair 8 and at the billing counter they have put size 9 in the box of size 8 shoes. Today when my husband has to wear it the size was big. Now I have to go back all the way to central London and spending my money on travels.

The service at this store is outstanding! All the staff members were incredibly nice, always smiling, and ready to help. It's great to see how well they work together as a team. I especially want to acknowledge Elliott, whose service was exceptional. He has a fantastic service mind and was instrumental in helping me confidently decide on my two new pairs of shoes (on August 5th). A huge thank you to Elliott for the wonderful support and for taking such good care of me!

The staff were amazing in store . Especially Gabriel was absolutely brilliant and so helpful when I came in today . He was very kind to show us exactly what we were looking for and even recommended different options! He was able to answer of questions and delivered excellent customer service. I just wanted to share some really lovely feedback following our recent visit to your store. It was my daughter?s birthday, and after getting absolutely soaked at a concert the night before, we popped in to buy her some Crocs.
Kia was absolutely wonderful ? so friendly, welcoming, and kind. She made my daughter feel really special, even taking the time to help her choose and place her new Jibbitz on the Crocs she purchased. It might seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot and really made our day.
We?re so grateful for the time Kia took and just wanted to say thank you for such a great experience.

I had such a bad experience at the Schuh store in Oxford street yesterday. While I was trying on new shoes, it seems that someone came in and stole my original shoes. The staff couldn?t confirm it on the camera because it was a ?blind? spot. What?s more disappointing is that after making me wait for 30 minutes the store only suggested they would give me 25% on a new pair of shoes instead of providing an excellent customer experience (and new shoes at least!) to a customer who has been robbed in their store; while trying on their shoes and who has no choice but to get a new pair to get out and walk on the street. Very disappointing from such a store that is supposed to be reputable and best in class. I am never coming again.

I buyed a shoe yesterday i realised the shoe was very uncomfortable i requested for exchange she refused , she is rude she refuesd to give her name and she also called

To be honest, they dont have a great big selection of size 2 trainers. However, I did encounter more than exceptional service. Presented by a lovely, well mannered young man. At my fault, I managed not to catch his name. What a brilliant worker. Ohhh & Schuh, you should be proud to have him on the team.

I am sorry for this late review, Matthew. He is a vibe and such a gem of a person. He was so attentive and accommodating that he gave us an employee discount on our shoes purchase. It?s been almost 2months from the date of purchase and I still cannot forget his great gesture. Very rare to find such people. Thanks once again. ?
