Went there August of last year and suddenly remembered how lovely the experience was.
The employee helping us was so incredibly patient with us.
We were definitely bad customers, we weren't able to decide on any shoe, but she treated us with such respect and patience, it was incredible.
I got one of my favorite pair of shoes which are black old skool vans because of the employee's amazing suggestion.
She helped my mother, who admittedly didn't know which shoe to buy, to find some great shoes for her as well which she still wears to this day.
Prices were reasonable, customer service was great, the store was tidy and had a cool variety of shoes.
5/5 shoe store, nothing to add.

All the staff were a delight. Especially the girl who served me last (i was the sailor who bought the barbour boots). A credit to schuh and you've earned yourself a regular customer.

I had a great shopping experience, thanks to the sales rep Michael. He was very patient and easygoing. When I walked in, I wasn't sure which shoe would be the right fit for me, but Michael took the time to walk me through several options and made a few recommendations. In the end, I chose a pair of Vans that turned out to be perfect. I highly recommend this store, especially Michael!
