This morning I walked straight through the doors of the Tottenham Court Road branch and was welcomed immediately. I was assured the staff could help with my queries and I was directed to a lovely team member called Ann. Ann reassured me and helped me with everything I needed in a matter of minutes and directed me to her colleague for further help and support. I?m really bad with names but I think it was Bernice. She provided excellent service too. Fast efficient service from the whole team at Tottenham Court Road. Thank You

I went into the branch today at lunchtime as I?d received a debit card I never applied for. My concern was this could be a result of a scam or an administrative error that needed to be raised, and have my details taken off the system. I was told to sit and wait for one of the online banking managers. Nearly 30 minutes later no one came to assist me, so I left. Will try another branch who I hope will listen to my concerns.

I went in during my lunch hour to discover only one person serving behind the counter, and several people waiting. There were four staff members standing around by the entrance door, but apparently none were trained to go behind the counter where they were actually needed.
There were also two homeless people inside, who absolutely stank of urine.

I waited 30 minutes whilst they had only 1 cashier operating the till. The other decided to close up/count up 30 minutes before closing despite a huge queue. Had enough of terrible service. For a premier location I really expected bette. Very let down and looking to move

Honestly I don?t ever write reviews but I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Mariama at your bank branch, and I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience. Mariama went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs, providing exceptional service with a warm and friendly demeanor. Her professionalism and dedication were evident from the moment I walked in.
Mariama patiently listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained all my options, and ensured that I fully understood each step of the process. Her expertise and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and straightforward.
We need more Mariama in this world!

Waited 20 mins in queue, no communication from the staff offering assistance. Really poor customer service, wish I had read previous reviews and gone somewhere else.
