It was the only Santander branch that I was really well tread has a person and a customer.
I was really losing faith in Santander even considering to change.

I went in today with my mom and was seen by this lovely lady called Jennifer (Jenny) I highly recommend chatting with her she doesn't push you to do anything you don't want to do and she wants to make sure you understand everything she is telling you and she had to go over some thing for us but she didn't mind she was soo patient and understanding it was just a great conversation with her. If you do go into this branch and need a proper conversation with someone then please ask for her you won't regret it!

Like all Santander's services nowadays, this branch is absolutely rubbish. The ATMs are usually faulty and today (16/17/25) both of them are broken, and the branch hasn't even been closed very long.
I understand branches closing and/or reducing their hours but why don't Santander at least provide working ATMs instead?

I recently contacted Santander to get my phone number registered, and I had a fantastic experience with their customer service. Anthony, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
From the moment I explained my issue, Anthony was attentive and patient. He took the time to understand my situation, provided clear instructions, and made sure I was comfortable with each step. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process seamless and stress-free.
It's not often that you receive such great customer service, but Anthony went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I truly appreciate his assistance and the quality of service provided by Santander. Thank you, Anthony, for making this a positive experience!

Not sure why Santander has a physical bank here in green park London. Came here with my mother to sort out a potential scam as they advised that we needed to show her passport to confirm identity. The person at the front was very unhelpful and told us that there was nothing that could be done in store and gave us a number which no one has picked up for over an hour. For. Potential scam where time is of the essence the lack of customer service was eye opening. I would definitely not want to bank with this bank and the bank themselves told her it was best for her not to bank with them!!
