After arriving with my suitcase not wanting to open, I had to take it to this shop the next day. it was the beginning of my holiday and I was low. I turned up here and VIJAY tried very hard to help me. He told me his colleague would be the one able to help and held on to the suitcase whilst I went for a coffee. When I came back, he was still trying to open it even though he didn't believe he could do anything until his colleague arrived. However, 2 minutes later, he was able to open it, and thankfully I was able to start my holiday! He was patience and hard working and thanks to him I was able to get to my stuff which of course I so desperately needed. He was lovely and a credit to the shop! Thanks so much VIJAY!

Hi,Just wanted to give a shout out to subash from samsonite. I came with my friend very late just before closing and subash gave us a exceptional service and we spent around 1k. Great product knowledge and very friendly approach. I will definitely come back and recommend the store.

I bought a backpack in Tottenham Court Road branch and service was great. Laquain told me everything about the bag, gave me time to try it on and explained warranty policy. Unfortunately, I didn?t like how the bag fitted and returned it few days later. He was a person who proceeded my refund (surprisingly remembered me) and I could not be happier customer. I will definitely be back and thanks for great customer service.

I am writing this review only for Subash Vohra. I walked into the store yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by quality of service and knowledge shown by subash. Because of his hard work and intelligence, I am now a fan of samsonite and I love the suitcases I bought. I will definitely come back.

Super impressed with the service at Samsonite Tottenham Court Rd. I called about a repair and received great support and advice from Divyank. I came into the store later that day and Divyank continued to help me get booked in for a repair. He was super friendly and helpful!

Great service!!! I just flew in from Australia for a five week holiday and a wheel on my bag had broken somewhere in transit. After trying a few other stores in London, I spoke to Divyank Mehta on the phone who had the part in stock and was able to fix my bag in minutes. Very grateful not to have to haul a three wheeled bag all through Europe. Thanks DM!!

Poppy, Santie & Adwoa helped however they could to fix my wheels of my Samsonite suitcase as I was flying before the wheels would come from the factory. Great service!
