At 20:25 I purchased a full shop £30 in this Sainsbury?s, the cashier was super rude to myself and my girlfriend asking if we had paid for our food when I clearly had the receipt in my hand which he saw me take from the machine, he took the receipt from my hand and checked it handing it back to me with no apology or reason for checking us at all. I asked him 3 times why he checked us and he ignored me and got away from us instantly.
I think his name was Nelson or something along those lines.

Rud and terrible Store manager. I paid for my shopping bit he called me back and want me to pay again. I've showed him my bank statement he let me go but still argued. Never seen such a bad manager in my life. Very rud.

Warning for all tourists. DO NOT buy a SIM card and top up at this store. 1st day in London and we were sold a 3 SIM card top up voucher that was invalid. The local 3 store confirmed this. Instead of helping us, the staff accused us of lying and then accused the local 3 store of lying. They sold us a product that was defective and then blamed it on the customer.

This morning on 15/12/24 at approximately 08:25am / 08:30am I went to do shopping get something to eat. The security approached me saying I can?t touch the items as if to say I have a disease or something. It was very offensive what he did and the management didn?t seem to be one bit interested in my complaint and brushed it off. The customer service from staff to management and security are very incompetent, have no customer service skills whatsoever.!

The supervisors/managers of this branch are some very aggressive rude people. Have witnessed 3 times when they just shout and swear at customers. Appalling and unprofessional. Where do you find these people Sainsbury's?
