Sadi, the hardest worker I've seen in a long time! Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful. Printing was super easy and he was so helpful in getting my printing right. He was treating every customer with the utmost respect and was trying to help everyone out. I don't usually leave reviews but this guy went above and beyond

Amazing service from Sadip?? at the baker st. Ryman he was a Huge help to us doing a bit of last minute wedmin, that we thought would be quick but was actually quite time consuming! Thanks again so much Sadip ???

Lovely staff and fast service. Their printer can automatically staple when printing several multi-page copies. Can't say I keep up to date much with printer tech but that feels cutting edge to me :D

Appalling customer service. Despite four staff members being present, not one of them acknowledged me when I needed to ask a simple question about the location of an item, whether it was in stock, or its price. The lack of assistance was shocking. To make matters worse, the price tags were all mixed up, creating even more confusion. When I finally got to the front of the queue, the price turned out to be incorrect, and the staff admitted the tags were wrong, causing further delays. After spending far longer in the shop than intended for what should have been a quick purchase, I told the staff member at the counter that I just wanted to leave. Instead of understanding, I was met with rudeness. Overall, a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience.

I came in to make copies of some work and was served by Diego at the printing counter. The whole interaction was confrontational and rude from the beginning. There were problems with the printer not working which I am sure was frustrating - and meant I was there for almost an hour - but my issue was that this was handled very badly. At one point he slammed his hand down on the counter and another was swearing under his breath. It really isn't OK to treat people like this. In the end I gave up and went to another printers.

Ridiculous customer service. Wanted a certificate printed and laminated. The guy behind the counter at the printing shop printed it and it had cut out half the words. He said he couldn?t adjust it at all. I thought this was strange considering the staff in the Portland Place branch did it with no issues and could make all the necessary adjustments! Shame they closed down otherwise I would have gone there. Avoid.

I went into baker street earlier today to get some supplies for my business and when I asked where to find something (as it was my first time in there) I was greeted with nothing but rudeness and a bad attitude from who I believe to be the deputy manager, I asked why is he being rude i was basically told to find another shop to get what i needed. I will never use this store again and would advise anyone else to stay away unless you want an argument

Desperately needed some supplies to do my university work so wanted to quickly pop by at 6pm knowing that they close at 7 but was met with locked doors and no workers and just a sign saying ?come on in we?re open? I was not a happy girl.

The store is selling more cheap goods than quality ones.The staff is nice and helps as much as the company can provide with the right tools to accomplish tasks.Random burglars visiting the store is the most unacceptable issue that Ryman is ignoring. Not feeling safe around the thief.
