I had an excellent experience at Ryman recently and felt compelled to leave a 5-star review. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful, but what really stood out was the outstanding service from the store manager Abdus.
They went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed, taking the time to explain the different options available and offering genuinely helpful advice?without any pressure to buy. It?s rare to come across someone so professional, knowledgeable, and approachable all at once.
The whole team worked efficiently, creating a welcoming and well-organised environment. You can tell customer care is a top priority here. I?ll definitely be returning?and recommending this store to others

I came yesterday to print some documents. Lloyd helped me at the printing desk and was very patient, kind and helpful ! Thank you to him, I will come back if I need :)

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the manager even gave us promotional extras when we went to purchase product in the store! Super lovely and would come back again.

Beat service I?ve ever received at a Rayman?s. Zain and Niyaz were so helpful and even stayed after closure just to help me finish that same day. I appreciated it a million and they did such a great job, I will definitely return!!

Obnoxious customer service

Called at 2.30pm and was told the person I needed to speak to about printing business cards was on lunch and to call back in 30 mins. Called back at 3.10 to be told that particular person isn't at work today but then when I explained I'd been told they were on lunch, the person on the phone accused me of lying. So half an hour wasted when I could have been looking elsewhere and making better use of my time. Wonder why there's only one person trained to print there anyway. Not impressed with this customer service or the lack of service.
