Went in store to look for a summer wedding suit.
After having a look at the styles in store i was greeted and looked after by Craig who was very helpful, patient and promptly helped me looking for the perfect pieces.
He gave me fantastic styling advice and made the whole experience tailored to my needs with great attention to detail.
Overall atmosphere in store was great too. Definitely coming back. Thank you Reiss team market place really appreciate!

Nice, clean shop. We were almost the only customers there, and despite having many sales assistants, nobody came to ask if we needed any help. However, they had time to chat among themselves.

My experience today with Reiss at Market Place has as always been amazing. Such a great team. Super positive energy from the staff. On point. I was in the Kings road and I feel they need to learn a bit of good customer service from Market Place store.

I was served by a lovely lady called Xhoana.
I was at the shop to buy swimwear but for a company event and needed it to be relatively classy and covered! Xhoana was incredibly professional, honest and helpful.
I would be going back just for her!

Fantastic service by Bruno today - came into the store hoping to try on a tux, walked out having purchased the whole set!
With meticulous attention to the smaller details accompanied by a friendly & helpful attitude Reiss have now gained an extra customer in me today thanks to Bruno, what a great asset to the company!

Rang the store for ten minutes, no answer. Got there and there were about eight people standing around. Too busy to answer a customer call? I think not. Lousy.

Terrible staff. More specifically, a terrible store manager (by Reiss standards).I understand that policies have constraints, but these are usually flexible depending on the context, especially for regular customers (which the manager could have easily checked with my email, had he wanted to).The one time I wanted to return a Reiss article (past return period) with very good reason and clear arguments, the manager showed little to no flexibility.I don't know if this attitude generalizes to all stores, but I will stop buying Reiss altogether.I just can't fathom that an upscale brand like Reiss doesn't treat/reward its regulars properly and does these cheap gimmicks.I'm sure similar brands (e.g Ralph Lauren) would have been entirely different. Actually, I'm pretty sure even a much cheaper brand would have been a lot more understanding of my situation and would have allowed this return.Extremely disappointed and frustrated.I would advise avoiding this store if you can.(also - they don't answer phone calls, no matter how often you call).

I was looking for a camel coat which seemed unavailable ANYWHERE.I had such wonderful attention in this store. Two ladies searched everywhere on computers & found one for me which they said would be delivered to my nearest branch on the following day.They both spent a lot of time with me, all the while dealing with other customers.So a big shout out to Lisa Bryant & OlivenFord.Above & beyond my expectations.I actually thought if I?d asked for a lift home too they would have obliged ??Thank youEXCEPTIONAL

The staff in here are pretty vile. Stood around in a group arsing about calling each other bro. Like a group of school kids are running the store. Reiss should be ashamed of this place
