If you?re outside the UK, never even think of ordering online. Returning an item due to sizing is an absolute nightmare. I had to pay £85 out of pocket just to send it back, and they wouldn?t even cooperate by filling out a basic online form to help with customs clearance!

I used to love REISS and used to shop a lot with them due to great designs and high quality fabrics. These days, the designs are still great but it's nearly impossible to find anything without a ton of polyester in it. Which they still dare selling at the same premium price tag they used to when they still used cotton and wool. It's a big shame for people who refuse to wear and overpay for clothes made out of plastic.

Amazing experience at Reiss for my wedding suit. Dee was extremely helpful throughout the process and helped me picked the perfect colour and suit for the day. Excellent customer service provided by him and would definitely recommend Reiss suits.

Yesterday, I popped into the Reiss store on Regent Street. It?s not my usual location I typically visit the Vigo Street store but I happened to be in the area.
At first, the atmosphere was welcoming, but I wasn?t sure where the menswear section was. I stood on the floor for a moment, waiting for a staff member to direct me. The dress code in this store was quite casual, so it was hard to tell who worked there. I noticed a tall guy in a jumper and denim but wasn?t sure if he was staff. Eventually, I made my way downstairs, where I was greeted by a sharply dressed young man in a suit. His professional appearance immediately stood out, and he carried himself with confidence and purpose.
After browsing for a bit, he approached me again to see if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for, and he went above and beyond to assist me. His service was 10 out of 10?absolutely exceptional. We ended up having a great conversation about fashion, clothing, and even general life. He made me feel comfortable, valued, and completely at ease.
Throughout my time in the store, I noticed how dedicated he was not just to helping me but also ensuring the entire floor was well-organised, staff were assisting customers, and everyone felt welcome. He checked in on me while I was trying on clothes, helped with sizes and color choices, and showed a level of attentiveness and professionalism that truly impressed me.
At one point, I asked if he was the manager because he certainly carried himself like one. To my surprise, he said he wasn?t. Honestly, it?s a shame?because his demeanor, attitude, and overall presence set a standard that I wish the rest of the management followed. He greeted every customer with a smile and radiated a level of charm and professionalism that made the shopping experience outstanding.
His name is DEE and I can confidently say that because of him, I will be choosing this store over the Vigo Street location from now on. If he?s not there, I may even reconsider my visits, as his service was that impactful.
I truly hope Reiss head office recognizes his hard work, dedication, and charisma. He deserves acknowledgment for the incredible experience he provides to customers. Thank you, DEE you made my day and even my week. I?ll definitely be back soony!

I usually dont write reviews on places but i was with my wife and we were struggling to find a last minute birthday gift for my brother. We were served by nazia who was a great help and ended up getting two items will definitely be visiting again.
