Had an excellent experience with Sai at REISS. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, with clear communication that made everything effortless. Product knowledge was spot?on, sizing advice was accurate, and the recommendations were thoughtful.
Left feeling looked after and confident in the purchase. I would definitely return and ask for Sai again!

Title: Absolutely Awful Customer Service Experience at Reiss
Review:
I had a terrible experience at Reiss, and I feel compelled to share it. My first visit went well ? the sales representative was polite, helpful, and even suggested the petite size, kindly offering to order a dress I liked. That?s how I expected the brand to treat its customers. Her name is Ruby
However, when I went back to collect my dress, I was shocked by the disgraceful behavior of a sales representative named Hasti (they refused to provide her full name). She was rude from the start, interrupting me, questioning my bill in a dismissive tone, and making me feel completely unwelcome. This was for a dress that cost nearly £300 ? when spending that much, I expect at least basic respect.
The worst part? At the counter, she didn?t even ask whether I was keeping or returning the dress. Instead, while already being rude, she asked me if I wanted a bag ? and I responded, ?How am I supposed to carry the dress otherwise?? Instead of resolving it professionally, she became even ruder. When I told her to just do her job, she threw my dress at the table and then said she didn?t want to serve me. Absolutely shocking, unprofessional, and insulting behavior ? the worst I have ever experienced with any brand, let alone a so-called ?luxury? one.
Thankfully, the manager stepped in, listened to me, and apologized for her actions. He promised to send me a feedback form, but I still haven?t received it, which makes me question how seriously Reiss takes complaints like this.
If Reiss wants to call itself a luxury brand, they must ensure their sales representatives welcome customers with respect. With experiences like this, you are damaging your reputation. Please, don?t hire staff who think they can treat paying customers so poorly.
I will not forget this experience, and
I will never visit Reiss in London again, especially the Vigo Street store.

I had a wonderful experience at this shop last week. Thanks to Jessica! She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive while helping me choose the perfect shirt. I also really appreciated that she speaks Spanish, which made the process even more comfortable for me. Her excellent service made me feel very welcomed, and I?ll definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family.

Really nice store with a nice assortment and great staff. We were looking for a specific top we saw on a tv show and the sales person at the front helped us check where it might be available (unfortunately out of stock everywhere). Super nice to go above and beyond to help customers !!! Thanks !!!

I visited the Vigo street Reiss store & thankfully met ?Ruby? who was acting as a personal stylist, she encouraged me to buy a suit and shared her professional opinion on how well it would suit me. I absolutely loved the fit, style, and colour of the suit. Despite limiting sizing options, Ruby helped me order the closest available size and then recommend a tailor who could help with alterations. Her advice to purchase and alter was invaluable because I was keen on the suit. Ruby understood my needs and preferences and had a great eye for what complements her customers. Her expertise has made me a very satisfied customer. I would definitely return to the store & recommend Reiss & Ruby to friends and family.

I went today to have an alarm taken off from an online order I?ve made with Reiss a few weeks ago. When arrived at the shop two of the ladies employed were closed to the door and they offered me assistance, and I?ve explained them that the alarm is still on the jumpsuit I?ve purchased with them online and that I would like to have it removed. Heading with one of the desk I stopped to open my bag and take the parcel out, when suddenly the sales woman there starts telling me that I would be better to see the order confirmation for the item as well. At that point I told her to stop and handed her then parcel for her to look for the returning tag for no reason whatsoever cause I didn?t came to have it returned. Her attitude and the way she addressed herself to me, asking for a proof of the order, implying that I might have stolen the item was just terrible!!Well done Reiss!

Terrible customer service. Was advised by an employee that they would take an exchange of an item on my next shopping trip that I had specifically advised I no longer had the receipt and other conditions but had the transaction date and the card I had purchased the item. Today I specifically came in an hour out of town to exchange the item and buy other items. The assistant manager said she can?t honor what the employee told me and they are ?sorry for the inconvenience?. Waste of two hours of my time.
