The store was very nice. Was happy with the layout and arrangements.
Disappointed with the service at the til. The lady asked me to tap and pay some money which was higher than what i actually had to pay for. She was rude with the behaviour and didn't even apologise when I pointed out her mistake. Didn't really interact well as they're supposed to. Seemed to be very tough and had a careless attitude which is never acceptable in a customer service. Hope it improves.

Primark's the place to go if you want a bargain! They've got tons of clothes, accessories, and stuff for your home, all super cheap. Just keep in mind that the quality can be a bit hit-or-miss because of the low prices. But hey, if you're after the latest trends without spending a fortune, Primark's your best bet. Basically, Primark's awesome for stocking up on basics and staying stylish without emptying your wallet.

I made a complaint regarding my in-store experience under the complaint number 580371-4
I was not happy with the resolution and outcome regarding this complaint and I am still totally unhappy with my experience in store. The store was dirty, the shopping trolleys were all dirty, old noisy screeching trolleys are being pushed around which is a terrible noise for shoppers to be listening to whilst shopping. Incredibly frustating. The store wifi does not work at all. Mobile network service does not work in certain areas of the store, and neither does the stores wifi.. so whilst you are shopping, you are completely offline. All this was also brought to the store managers attention at the time and nothing was done to rectify all these issues.

Had the most horrific experience here. Bought a jacket in their Oxford street branch in a xs size (they had a reduction on this item from £18 it was reduced to £10) twenty mins later went into their Tottenham Court Road branch where the same jacket was £18 - it had the same product codes printed only in a slightly bigger size. When I asked them at their exchanges department to exchange was approached by three female managers who kept arguing that even though the product code is same they cannot honour another branches reduction - not caring that the other jacket was bought literally 10 mins ago! Tried to pressurise and force me to get the jacket in their store for £18. Their manager Scott then came over and politely agreed to do a straight swap (which we felt was kind) - tried to put it through their till and then went to sort the technical issue - but came back after 30mins to say ?sorry I cannot honour the price? - we felt really horrible that this store operates in this way. The rude behaviour by the three ladies on the till was unacceptable and for their manager Scott to turn around and refuse to honour what he had just agreed to a while ago was disgusting behaviour. I would think twice before I would step into any of their stores and be very vigilant with their prices. There is no honesty here. Headoffice will be notified about this behaviour via email, retail standards will be notified of this price difference. I will find the product on their online webpage and ask why their price in store is different? There seems to be a huge compliance issue with their pricing and this is terrible for end customer.

Someone stole my wife?s phone here. While we were reporting this to the manager, another woman came with the same complaint. We went to the police station and the lady told us we were the 4th coming from this store because of this problem!!! If there is a pickpocketing problem at your store maybe you should think of increasing the security measures?!!

If you care at all about being treated with decency-or even just basic civility-stay far away from Primark Bond Street. They don't value their customers, and they certainly don't deserve anyone's money.
I experienced concerning behavior in your store involving racial profiling. It seemed that certain customers were being unfairly targeted while others were not. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment.
I couldn?t even have a simple peaceful shopping experience due to RACIST practices within this store by your employees who said that is what they?re told to do by store management.
This raises serious ethical and legal concerns, as racial profiling can violate civil rights laws and anti-discrimination protections. I urge your management to address this immediately to ensure compliance with legal standards and to foster an inclusive environment for all customers.

Awful awful horrendous customer service, lower ground floor managers are not there to help but to make the customer experience a nightmare. Never ever coming back.

Primark on Oxford Street offers an extensive range of affordable fashion, home essentials, and accessories, making it a popular stop for budget-conscious shoppers. The store?s multi-level layout provides a vast selection, catering to various styles and preferences.
However, the shopping experience can be overwhelming due to large crowds, especially during peak hours. While the pricing remains a strong selling point, improvements in crowd management and checkout efficiency would enhance the overall experience.

I?m extremely disgusted by the service I received at this store. I needed a refund for one item, so at the tills, I explained this to Rafal, the cashier who served me. However, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He grabbed my bag with such force that the lip glosses fell onto the floor. He ignored everything I said and somehow managed to refund my entire purchase instead of just the one item ?something he would have understood if he had actually listened instead of dismissing me!
To make matters worse, he refunded me £16 less than what I originally paid. This meant I had to go back into the queue and request yet another refund. At this point I was genuinely concerned about the incompetence and carelessness.
The staff here are rude and miserable?if you don?t like your job, then quit. No one is forcing you to be here. This Primark won?t ever be seeing me again.
Luckily, the manager, Sara, was helpful and managed to sort everything out for me. The rest of the staff seriously need training along with some basic manners. Absolutely shocking.

I've been a customer of this store and branch for years. This week they set up an Essence and Catrice counter. Amazing ! Considering those brands are hard to find in the UK. But I noticed 15ish year olds trying and opening a lot of sealed items to smell, try, and use it. They didn't use the testers, so this is really unhygienic considering is make up!!!!! I told this to 3 employees since it is literally unhygienic and their response was nil. One of them said that they can only tell the girls not to try if it's not tester. Didn't happen. So my advice is DO NOT BUY ANY MAKEUP or anything that you should put in your face here, no one cares.

As other reviews have said, it's always crowded. You can also purchase loose London souvenirs here. Denim is cheap and of good quality if you get the right size. Be careful not to get too carried away with shopping and become a pickpocket.

On the Thursday before last in the morning hours my sister and I visited this primark in Tottenham Court.
My sister and I were in the men's section downstairs as I was in need of new jeans.
Upon my sister and I searching for my size' which is a very common size I might add, My sister turned to me and said' there's four people watching us whilst pretending to browse. I just rolled my eyes and continued to try and find my size. Fortunately, I found my size jeans and my sister and i went off to the self check-out to make the purchase. The staff at the self-check out were very helpful and nice which was the only positive part of the shopping experience In this store.
Now, I understand that stores like this one must have a high rate of theft.
Howerver, My sister and I are genuine customers who frequent primark.
Speaking with her afterwards' She felt very disappointed with the Tottenham Court Store staff in the men's section.
Now, I understand they have a job to do' but, making genuine customers feel uncomfortable for simply trying to find the correct size clothes in a (clothing store) simply is not fair.
Do better Primark Tottenham Court.
An apology would be appreciated.
