Jonathan (I'm so sorry if I misspelt your name) but I had a bad start to today but Jonathan humor and outstanding customer service flipped my bad mood upside down and has made my day a better one. I also will like his team for the speedy service and preeration of my drink. Thank you all very much.

One of my best places to stay in London. Pret in general is a good option for coffee and sandwiches, yet this branch has an added advantage of the seats upstairs!

Service was absolutely dreadful. I went to get lunch, picked up a warm meal and went to the counter. I wasn't even greeted, the staff were just chatting. I'm fine with chatting amongst friends but at least do your job properly. Wasn't a spec of customer service. The staff member serving me just opened up one of the tills, I handed my item to him and didn't ask if I wanted anything else. As the card machine started up, I had to ask him for a drink. Not even drinking temperature. Just get a self check out because I would at least get a 'Thank you, have a nice day' from a machine. And maybe even a better coffee.

It?s clearly that this people don?t know how to make a macchiato. The milk is too hot that you can?t even drink. I ask you be remake and still the same. Plus the guy that asked me what is the reason had his finger in his nose such was disgusting.

I worked at this branch and I must say I have never seen an establishment as worse as this let alone a Pret A Manger. My co workers were so lazy and would always task me with everything as I was the new and young worker. There is a difference between giving someone tasks and making someone do all the work. The team leader and manager were absolute jokes and I recall one time that they try make me clean the floor with only tissues on my hands and knees. It felt like I was working for sheckles and I felt like I had no say at this joke of an establishment. 2 of my co workers who were of similar age of me were also let go when they were working there and they have also suffered with the establishment and its workers. The workers all have an attitude and they think they own the establishment. Overall I would never want to work there again.

I am a regular in this particular Pret and the food is always at it's 'Pret' standard, however this morning the Egg and Salmon bread/baguette sandwich was just soggy. Didn't feel fresh unfortunately.
