A quick pit stop while seeing the xmas lights. We had 2 baguettes which were quite nice. And I was surprised by how good the breakfast tea was; very refreshing. Staff were nice but could speak up a bit.
Only downside was tourists leaving tables in a mess and sugar packets everywhere.
Feel sorry for the staff who clear up the mess!

A clinical ambience, unwelcoming seating layout and a similar unwelcoming vibe from the staff.
Apparently hot chocolate can't have cream on, only a latte can... yet over the past 48 hours it's not been an issue at any other Pret we've visited.
Free water kind of hidden away at side of till behind the queue, no glasses available there anyway, happy to sell me a bottle of water without mentioning the free tap.
No toilets, no charm, no repeat custom from me.

A lot of unhinged people you will find here they sit with you in the same table and don?t respect your boundaries. Some people literally sit and order nothing and stair at you when you pay extra to sit in make it make sense!
