Good coffee, nice staff. but THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD AND ANNOYING I come here because there's nowhere else to study late into the evening around here but I wish I wasn't forced to listen to the same corny music every day on repeat. Used to go here last year often, I stopped because of the music, came back yesterday and it was THE EXACT SAME PLAYLIST please have some consideration because your music is losing you repeat customers I beg you please. have cancelled my subscription because of this.

The experience I had at Pret Carnaby was really good. I came looking for chocolate crossiants but most prets didnt have it cause it was late evening. I was served by an employee named abel. He told me he was preparing it and it would take 10 mins to be ready. I told him I?ll wait and he told me to wait on the side and asked whether I wanted a coffee in the mean time. I liked the gesture. What made me write this review was once the crossiants were ready he asked me how many I wanted and I stated 2. He gave me 2 and told me it was on the house and apologised for the long wait. I was really moved by his actions and thought he deserves recgonition. Thank you Abel.

They sold me not fresh shrimps box. They didn?t do any refund and apologies, also their manager Afna was very rude; she snatched a receipt from my hands, and couldn?t even talk normally. Be careful their service and especially not fresh food!

Go here nearly every day because you have enough members on shift for quick speedy service unlike Starbucks, always just 2 workers and a long queue. Good business!

I ve been coming a Preta Customer for a couple of years, but since they change the manager and the bossy rude lady named Carmen started it is such a bad experience. I showed her my app and my subscription and she said the worst way possible that she can hundle it, it is my dutty to contact Customer Service and that is with a fake smile in her face and laughing with her staff. This it is not hospitality, I work with people and I really know what means a nice environment. Feel sorry for the staff and for all the people who have to deal with this kind of areogant and bad vibes.
I will never go back to Preta not even if I am dying, Alex the old manager was a people person. However I will cancel my subscrition, good luck!

I visited Pret and was absolutely delighted! I especially want to commend the baristas ? they are true professionals. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and you can instantly tell they genuinely care about their customers. Orders are prepared quickly, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere in the café is cosy, and thanks to the welcoming staff, it?s a place you want to return to again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone who values excellent service and a positive vibe!

One of the places to eat something quick
and not so expensive and regain strength to continue touring London without delay in a restaurant, I agreed with London on the prices and there are all over the city.
