I bought porridge but was disappointed. They didn?t offer any toppings, which would have improved the experience. Additionally, the customer service was unsatisfactory.

Sandwiches are frequently stale. Rude, unhelpful staff. Dirty toilets. Over-flowing bins. And there are never any clean tables to sit at. One of the worst Pret?s in London.

Place was packed as it's a busy shopping Saturday in late November.
Usual Pret offerings which is good for us.
But need more staff to clean up and free up tables etc

I pass by many times this Pret going to work and Im very pleased they are open in such an early hour. Roksana is very kind and I believe can make everyone?s day happier with her caring attitude. Very good service and outstanding flat white. I?ll pop in more often for sure.

They made a simply terrible matcha latte, for some reason they added coke milk, which they didn?t ask about instead of the usual one, they added non-existent orders to the receipt (this happened to me several times already, but I thought it was just a cashier?s mistake before, now it seems suspicious to me)!! This is just terrible, we had to deal with the bill to get our money back, please always ask for a bill so as not to be defrauded( Horrible experience.

Very good quality of products. Special shout out to their coolers. This store is making them with careful attention. They are adding fruits inside to make them even better. Well done.
