We were in London and stopped by this Pret a Manger for a coffee. We were served by Krishna and Diana, and they truly made our visit great. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, helpful, and very professional. Their warm and welcoming attitude created the perfect atmosphere. If you?re passing through London, I highly recommend visiting this Pret?Krishna and Diana?s service will definitely brighten your day!

This Pret location was once Gary's Glitter Snack Bar (tag line Leader of the Snacks) which opened on 1st Sept 1993 - lasting only 2 years before going bust. I'm not a fan of his by the way! Just interested in historical locations and how they look now.

It is a cold place with no minimal services. They don't let you enter the toilet. even if you have consumed. A shame

I had a really terrible experience from one of your staff . He is a bald guy who is in the counter am the regular customer of pret but He falsely alleged me that i took something from the store and his behavior towards me was terrible .

Veggie sandwich which was genuinely gross. The mushrooms in it were both soft and hard, and tasted weirdly too earthy. It was also a really dry sandwich. A little expensive too but I could also see this being hit or miss here.

I'm generally a big fan of this chain, but I didn't like it at all in this branch. When there is a lot going on, the staff constantly lose track of things and you have to be very careful when the finished drinks are called out, otherwise the drinks will simply be handed to someone else, even if you have ordered completely different things. Very annoying, especially if you have intolerances.Wheelchair accessibility: Barrier-free access but no seating, only high tables with bar stools

Brilliant staff and managementI found in Jessica a very elegant,polite and funny personShe brings the sun inside that shop no matter what! She is able to wear a mask and leave what happen outside the shop,outside the shop! She treats every customer with a lovely smile always upon her face!I heard she might be leaving and it will be such a shame to don?t see how a excellent customer service does need to be delivered

I work opposite, and I always buy my coffee and food multiple times per day for years so far, everyone is amazing and I'm devastated to hear that Jessica is being transferred to another store... we want her smile and kindness to cheer us up, specific after busy and stressful days at work.

Love their hot coffees here but would be better if they served iced drinks too as it?d be much more convenient to go to for them as its closer to my workplace.
