Where to start. I brought my Labrador who is clearly wearing a high visibility jacket in, only to be accosted by the manager within about 2 minutes of sitting down to be asked to leave.
I explained that we had been here multiple times and after being told that wasn?t true, was told the policy of the shop was to not allow dogs. I asked to see the policy and he said there was none but that as the manager he simply did not want dogs in, except small, ?educated? ones. At this point I was too embarrassed both for myself and the manager to continue and ejected myself.
Suffice to say I?ve sadly cancelled my Pret subscription and encourage anyone reading this to do the same

From 1st day to till now. I am taking sandwitch and coffee regularly. I loved the service and veriety of food.

Great day to visit this location. Food was fresh, great selection to chose from, staff was very helpful and smiling. Had lunch inside in a nice atmosphere and was able to have a great business discussion.

Really reall awful. What happened to Pret? Been a while since I had a sandwich here and wow, standards have fallen off a cliff. This was literally the worst bread I?ve ever eaten. It was super dry and crumbled into dry bits when chewed, with no flavour. I imagine chipboard tastes something like this. Who cares what the filling was because the bread ruined it. Prets used to have at least reasonably good texture in their bread.
Then the general customer experience. Paid extra to sit in. Asked to use the toilet (they used to have one) and told they don?t have one any more. They tried to direct me to other businesses with toilets. What rubbish.
My last time in a Prets. A sad state for a company who were so good back in the day.

What's happened to your Classic Superclub Sandwich?
I had it today (it's a regular choice) in this branch and there was mainly salad leaf but hardly any of the filling....have you changed the recipe?

I visited today the Royal Academy of Arts for an exhibition, my stomach was rumbling and just in front I saw Pret...I went for a coffee (flat white) and a sandwich (The VLT).My flat white was at the temperature I like (warm) and the sandwich was made I think 10/15 Min before my visit...simply amazing

Be very careful in this place. My phone was stolen by a beggar while I was having my coffee. There were only 2 or 3 baristas who were busy with lines and couldn't help with my ordeal. Very frustrating.
