Been working around for a while, every morning use to buy a strong latte and a ham sandwich, I never had a good coffee on that location , always to hot to to cold or it?s burn , also the sandwiches unsold from last day they are resale in the mornings

Staff so friendly so much better than Marchesi( the other store which supposedly provides high quality of customer service, but resulted in a huge disappointment ) in general pret is the best they should all train their staff like you guys lovely experience

This Pret is rarely open on time. Supposed to open at 7am. Its much quicker to go to the Pret at Bond street station.
