I went in to the coffee shop next to 33 Cavendish Square near Oxford Circus today and ordered an almond croissant and a cappuccino. I showed the birthday reward QR code on the app which caused a bit of confusion. The code was for Costa Coffee and I was in Pret! Totally mortified I kept apologising but bless their hearts they wished me happy birthday and gave me the croissant and coffee on the house. What a delightful thing to do! Thank you so much Pret. I do use Pret in Brighton station often so I know what a good company you are.

Manuela, thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service today, the Ube latte was really tasty.
This was my first time choosing Pret over Starbucks, and I had a fantastic experience. I?ll definitely be returning, and it was a great introduction to the brand.
I also noticed how calmly and patiently you were training the other barista?I?m sure they appreciate that. It?s clear you?re a dedicated manager, always attentive and ensuring everything is stocked and running smoothly.

Excellent service always friendly?Sabrina on front of house is always enthusiastic, positive, friendly. This is my favourite Pret in the City.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast and ordered an Hazelnut Latte and the Ultimate Breakfast Ciabatta.
While the latte was a bit underwhelming, the ciabatta was quite tasty.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. It was not the most inviting atmosphere for a sit-down meal.
However, I was able to find a spot and enjoy my breakfast

Asked for a matcha latte with regular milk as I do in every other pret but instead they said they could not do that. Did not get to drink what I wanted when I spent 4 pounds for a drink in a rush. Amazing

Hello, I don't have to explain how this information was obtained, but I think you left out an important part.
After they entered the coffee shop and ordered a coffee, you addressed the Asian girl behind the bar saying "n? h?o" ("hello" in Chinese). She didn't take it as they expected, and she felt uncomfortable, so she spoke to the manager, who intervened and asked them to leave. That's the full story; Let everyone draw their own conclusions.

On 09-27-24 we had a horrible and unpleasant experience, the manager (who is hardly a manager due to her treatment), kicked us out of the place without even giving us room for explanations, in a very bad way she told us that we had to leave and that Even though we had just bought a coffee (which was not coffee, because when we opened the glasses it was just warm milk!!) we had to leave, because of a misunderstanding with the girl who served us, she had nothing to listen to and just wanted to that we should leave, that we could drink the supposed coffee that we bought outside, I want to clarify that my mother is coming from a delicate operation and moves with a little difficulty, she does it with a cane, something that the pseudo manager did not care about and despite that this was visible to my mother and me without any conversation. Obviously we returned the glass of warm milk and he didn't even apologize for that delivery, he only ironically told us that in ?London? we should order it as a ?Latte?, as if we never had a coffee in our lives. I would like you to have some kind of action against this person with the position of ?manager? (called Débora P. 35539, according to the ticket he gave us), so that this does not happen again with anyone since I consider that it is a very bad image for his company. And clarify that This is called ?discrimination? anywhere in the world, possibly because of our appearance, our language or for other reasons.
