I?ve been a loyal customer of Pret for over 5 years and have always loved the tuna baguette, especially as it?s close to my clinic. But my most recent visit was shocking and dangerous.
On a 34°C day, I noticed two fridges were shut down, but tuna products were still being sold. I trusted Pret?s standards and had the baguette anyway. Within two hours, I was violently ill, rushed to hospital, and diagnosed with severe food poisoning. I even vomited blood. I had to take two days off work, and it was one of the worst health experiences of my life all from food I trusted.
This isn?t just about one bad sandwich it?s a serious failure in food safety. I sincerely hope Pret investigates and ensures this never happens to anyone else.

I live on the same street, tonight (10th Dec at 19:30pm) your 2 employees were amazing. The cashier took great care of me, and they opened the door on my way out. After a long day of work, I guess pret for dinner it is! ??

Me and my brother come in here for a tea and coffee almost everyday multiple times a day and the service and staff are always great. Gina and Sylwia especially are lovely and always have time to ask how our day was.

I visited this shop during my brief lunch break and ordered my usual item, only to find that it was more expensive than I expected, and there was an additional charge for dining in. I was somewhat taken aback, although it's possible I have always been charged this way and only became aware of it today when informed about the extra fee. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated their efforts in maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment.

I always buy a coffee before work at this location. Had a terrible experience with them in July. Asked them to fix terrible coffee and their attitude was awful. Threw it in the bin and ordered coffee next door. Better taste and better attitude from staff.

I work across the street from this Pret and not only is the coffee and the food amazing, but the staff, particularly Gina, is so so lovely. They are always smiling, kind and considerate (and I normally come multiple times a day). If you are around I would highly recommend popping into this pret as it is by far the nicest I've ever entered.
