No matter where you are in London you can easily find one of these fast food restaurants. The sandwiches are all good and they are made fresh daily and they have a large selection, along with different soups and salads They even have a seating area to eat your food. And the prices are very reasonable.

The sign on the front window says its open on Sunday but its not - today is Sunday and its closed. No sign of it opening.

Waited 10- 15 minutes for chai latte which was never prepared, while the others coming after me got their orders. The employee that I ordered with was right in front of me, but did not follow up with the barista at all and just kept looking at my direction.

I go the Marble Arch Pret almost daily and went there today at 09:15 when there were a few customers. Customers pushed through and the staff attended to those who pushed through and even after raising this with a staff member she continued to attend to the people who jumped the queue and rolled her eyes when I raised the issue. This is unacceptable behaviour and borders on being abusive which is what Pret asks it?s customers not to do yet staff get away with it.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience at 5 Vere Street London today 08/11/21 Around 7am, as soon they open the doors ( 3 minutes late) we ordered 2 flat whites ( were cold by the way) the barista who?s served us had a horrible not friendly face, you guys should think harder before hired someone that will be serving for you as a company, and further more, a few moments later I asked one of the employees for the code to open the toilet and they said was out of order, but I saw a person that probably had a code before entering the ?out of order? toilet. I?ll never come back in this particular Pret a Manger ever again!

I often grab a sandwich and drink from a Pret when in London on business. On this particular visit to the City I went into the Pret on Oxford Street right opposite the Marble Arch landmark. It is a medium sized Pret with seating for eat-in upstairs. The food was the same as every other Pret although I did feel the selection at this branch was a little reduced as to what there is available normally. I went for my favourite, a Super Club, and it was nice and fresh and cost £3.65 A 750ml Still Water was £1.80

This chain is ubiquitous all across the UK and easily became our favourite while travelling. Coffee and bites are always fresh, quick, reasonable priced and quick. They have good deals from time to time. Will always look for them.

Is really busy here throughout the day. Some of the food we had didn't feel up to normal Pret standards.

Usual high standard of catering, but no indication that there are no toilets, so we spent quite a lot of money (with two young grandchildren) on drinks before we found out. A notice on the counter to the effect that there are no facilities would be good. Only seating is upstairs, so for the weary and the elderly, this is a problem. The Prêt around the corner in Edgware Road was much better but now seems to be closed.
