The establishment was clean and spacious, and the barista was pleasant enough. But I brought a latte for nearly 5 pounds that I wasn't aware would be from an instant coffee machine. Absolutely incredible Pret's. SUPER kind staff, very quick, accommodating and very friendly. An oasis in the chaos of the city. A truly wonderful place that doesn't feel like a chain coffee shop at all but like a local cafe. New favourite Pret's in town.
