Coffee fine / then waited 15 minutes to use the one toilet available - when asked if there were any other the staff told me that if it indicated red then it meant it was occupied - great ! Thanks - will not be visiting or recommending

I travelled for hours, needed a quick stop for lunch and coffee. There was just one table with no seats. I tried to bring the outside chair. I was hoping the staff might help... Instead an arrogant guy sent me back with the chair to put it outside. A lovely cafe next door looked after me. Won't be bothering you again.

I wanted my Hazelnut mocha super warm and they delivered. Ahmet/Uhmet has really good customer service. He was very polite and well spoken.

ROBBED by targetted gang while seated at back of restaurant and eating a sandwich at lunchtime. Phone stolen- bank cards compromised. Gang targetted us and were obvioulsy tipped off from inside. Getaway car outside. PRET staff advised this is a regular occurance at this branch. ZERO assistance from PRET. Lip services from customer service. Police closed case as thieves were masked and unrecognisable. Traumatic event to us and destroyed our 2 days in London- PRET OWNERS response below to my husbands' review was derogatory. Happy to reply to a Google review but cant be bothered to reply directly to the victims.The arrogance. No apology - no reaching out to see if we were okay. Checked other branches reviews of Pret. There is a regular recent history of phones and handbags being stolen in multiple PRET branches. Beware and avoid if at all possible.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. WE WERE ROBBED BY A TARGETED GANG WHEN WE WERE EATING OUR SANDWICH IN THE RESTAURANT MID AFTERNOON. PRET STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT STAFFWHO ARE AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND ADVISED IT WAS HAPPENED A NUMBER OF TIMES BEFORE. PRET REFUSED TO DEAL WITH THE MATTER.I DEALT WITH PHOEBE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO ADVISED AFTER 3 DAYS OF LIP SERVICE COMMUNICTIONS THAT PRET WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION DUE TO THE FACT I HAD REPORTED THE CRIME.

Can't beat Pret for grabbing a bite to eat at lunchtime. Staff here are very efficient and the shelves are usually quite full.

BE WARNED- extreme care needed if you go this Pret a manager. we were in London for weekend. visited Pret branch at 7 Marylebone lane. we were targeted and robbed in broad daylight 14.20pm whilst sitting at a table at the back of the restaurant. van waiting outside with door open to collect thief. staff advised afterwards this is a regular occurrence. obviously targeted and tipped off. tried contacting Pret customer service. lip service via their staff for 3 days. no apology. zero assistance. eventually i was asked if I reported the crime- which I affirmed- whereupon I was advised by phoebe that this was no longer Prets problem and there was nothing more they can do.
