I came here twice to grab my coffee before starting a training course across the street.
The girls in the morning are soooo welcoming and happy!
It's nice to be greeted like that on a grey rainy day like today.

I have been coming to this Prets for over 4 years and I think the team are fantastic. They are always upbeat and friendly, they know my drink the moment I walk in, always up for a chat. About a year ago my office brought a coffee machine.. I still come to this Prets because the team are ace!

Literally the manager or the supervisor working in this branch is really rude and does not know how to behave. More training is definitely needed.

It?s a pretty. Does sandwiches and coffee. Porridge in the morning. Had a toilet and seats. Sloppy fillings in morning baguettes.

I felt really bad because the customer in front of me was really rude. However Adil and the rest of the staff were lovely :) and I got a well made iced caramel latte

Toilet close 3 th week in the row ,that is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Stopped off for a coffee before the hospital appointment, The service was excellent and offered me their breakfast range.

Well, I'm getting bored of Pret but it can be convenient and they always have soya milk available. I'm lactose intolerant. Think loo when you drink milk. The service is good but food is a bit boring now. This particular store was better than their usual. If you told me Pret is no longer, I would just shrug my shoulders.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, family friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs on the way up. Not sure if there is a ramp available.
