Poor quality cup, softens with the hot drink inside, the lid slipped when the edge of cup softened and spilled the entire hot drink all over me.

Cup was 1/3 empty when handed to me - coffee tastes burnt. Sadly this location is not great and this isn?t the first time I?m given cups of coffee that are not actually filled. It?s been hit and miss for the past 3 months. Staff is nice but drinks aren?t great TBH.

Just been served by a young fella with curly hair. Attitude from the off, hardly any eye contact. Told him I'll pay by prescription and started to get my phone out. He then says "Well can you scan then?" Promptly told him "What do you think I'm doing? Clearly having a bad day as who I can only presume is his superior came up from downstairs and started at him about random stuff. Giving her the same attitude too.Pret has rapidly gone downhill, as this isn't the first instance of rude staff. I'm no snowflake either, skin like a rhino, ha ha. You don't pay for rude staff though and shouldn't expect to.
