I didn?t manage to catch his name, but the staff member working here today around lunchtime is a credit to Pret. He was very kind, and made a perfect iced latte. He was also very diligent, constantly on the move doing tasks, and had a keen eye for detail as he rearranged the shelves neatly regularly after customers moved things.

Nice Pret, food is fresh and coffee is good. Only gripe was that they had was insufficient seating for the quantity of tables there. Which meant I had to stand for a time. If I knew this when ordering I would go to another cafe. Other than that it's ok.

Must credit the service at this Pret branch. One of children hurt herself whilst we were there and one of the staff brought them both a chocolate pastry. Lovely thought!

I am cancelling my Pret subscription after my recent visit to this location. The staff exhibited very disrespectful behavior towards customers, laughing and talking among themselves without showing any interest customers . Additionally, the person who appeared to be in charge was patronising the team in front of customers.

A bit more chaotic than a normal PRET. The service didn't have its best day but all in all it was delicious here as always.

For the moment it's the best Ready to Eat I've been to. The waiters are nicer and above all we are on a very cute little flowered square (St Christopher's Place). I think it's the cheapest in this very rich neighborhood
