I'm writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I consistently receive at this Pret location. The staff are unfailingly professional and kind, and the store is always spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciate how well-stocked the fridges are with fresh food and pastries. The baristas provide fast and efficient service, and the supervisor remains remarkably attentive, even during late Sunday shifts. This truly stands out as one of the best Pret locations I've ever visited.
However, I also need to bring a concerning incident to your attention. Today, another customer and I witnessed both staff member on shift being verbally harassed by an aggressive individual who appeared to be in a distressed state. It was clear that this incident caused significant stress to your team.
I believe it's crucial for management to be aware of the challenges your staff face, particularly when dealing with difficult customers. They work incredibly hard, and their well-being is paramount. I respectfully urge you to ensure your team receives the support and protection they deserve, especially given the emotional toll such interactions can take.

Like the food. Veriety of sandwitch and burgers, chips, coffee available. Veg options are less. But we can try.

Friendly Polish guy working there the 20th of march re-organizing the baguettes in the fridge. Nice to sit outside on the make-shift terrace. I got soon joined by other customers.

I witnessed a physical altercation yesterday in which a Pret barista repeatedly pushed and headbutted a man on the street as another man attempted to intervene and deescalate. I have no idea what they were fighting about, but I would never enter this Pret location knowing a violent man works there.

Wouldn't allow access to my assistance person . Rude service. When I explained at the door that my assistance person needed access to the toilet we was forced
with attitude to buy a coffee. I suffer with ASD and complex PTSD. Plus other bits. I will never recommend pret. The female manager or supervisor needs training in customer service and disability training. This was the worst experience to go through when you already have problems.

When coming here along with my family to eat some breakfast I felt the need to leave a positive review. The service was incredible as I was provided with many smiles and a free drink, just out of the kindness of their hearts. The atmosphere was so positive which made this one of the best experiences ive had when going out to eat.
