This Pret is particularly good. Obviously same food as other locations, but the friendliness and efficiency of staff makes a difference. It?s super clean and you often see the manager running around making sure everything is running smoothly.

Hey, it's yet another Pret in London, don't expect world breaking experience but they sell decent food, fresh too.
I?ve had mac&cheese, it?s all right but portions are small.
5 stars go to a blonde gent who was serving me, super smiley and happy to help, excellent service.
Place is clean and tidy, spacious, they provide vast selection of foods.

Clean, well run, staff seem looked after and friendly aswell as rapid on service. Great location as always and everything you'd expect from a Pret. At around 2pm there was limited food stock on hot meals however.

I've been trying to find the Pret I visited back in October 2024 to leave a quick review! During my weekend trip to London, I used my card for all my purchases. While I was at a Starbucks near the BBC, their card machine was down, and I couldn?t buy a croissant or coffee. So, I continued on until I reached this Pret. I planned to grab a roll and coffee, but their card reader was acting up too. Fortunately, a staff member?I'm almost certain his name was Kevin?was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the situation. He truly made my experience exceptional! Such a wonderful employee and a great coffee shop! I ma still so grateful for the help and kindness I experienced!

This pret always has such nice service. The team seem to always have fun with each other, even when it is busy. There are times when the shelves look a bit bare however they are quickly stocked up and there's still plenty of choices.
I want to thank the tall blond gentleman who served me this morning (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name even though it was on your badge!). His joy and positive attitude was so infectious that I had to buy a melted snowman cookie because it made us both laugh. Thank you for making my Friday morning!

Not expected this from Pret! I had to grab a late lunch at 4pm, staff been talking to each other like I?m invisible ? I had a chicken salad baguette and it?s disgusting! Too much sauce, and salad was very little like they made it with leftover! Look after your quality and service!!!!

I visited around lunchtime and there was a small queue. I went for a filter coffee but found out they don?t sell it. The staff member was very kind and, apologising, offered me a complimentary Americano. It was a male barista working the lunchtime shift, though I didn?t catch his name. Thanks to him, I started my day on a high note.
