The guy that served me at this Pret today @ 15:45pm (beard guy )was rude and unprofessional . As I work around the place , I have experienced this several times from this guy with me annd other customers. The other staff are also very unfriendly and not organised at all , and not well trained at all. They are short of items all the time . If it?s morning or afternoon. They need to do a real inspection at this outlet . And improve services .

So I bought this without checking as I DID NOT expect them NOT to be checking their own food dates and quality. I was expecting in such a location to be sold fresh salad but NOT BROWN/BLACK ROTTEN, SLIMY and DISCOLOURED! HOW LONG DID IT SAT THERE TO GET THIS BAD??????????What a DISGRACEFUL food sales! Who could have imagined!! This completely PUT ME OFF buying from this store for LIFE.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I'm stunned. The waitress changed the bin bag next to my reusable mug, she even touched it with the bin, then handled my Toastie without washing her hands. I've never seen this happen at any prêt à manger. That's it, I'm canceling my monthly subscription.

I would like to give a feedback as I honestly have been in this pret a few times! Thats because its the closest pret to my work place! And the stuff and the manager has been the most unfriendliest ive ever meet.Last time i had to wait for my coffee for so long and they even forgot about making my coffee! Then when i reached out ?i got told im gonna make it now? after 15min waiting. They didnt even apologise.After having my coffee i sat to have my breakfast. The money i paid for the vegie egs sandwich definitely not worth it as the food looks old and been there for long time! Definitely wasn't fresh and the bread was so hard to even bite.When i tried to put sugar in my coffee, the coffee was half! So i had to wait for another 10min for the managet to come so i can mention im not happy to have a coffee which is half the cup. And she started giving me attitude and instead of saying sorry we will change it. She started arguing saying ? you left it too long so its normal to go down?She made me wait so long and gave me another one almost pouring out. Didnt even said sorry!Im sorry but i give 0% level of customer to the stuff and managment here and i will tell everyone else around me who use the same place!The least we could expect is customer service and each times i had the worse one.People here don't even know how to say hello or smile! All misrable faces and full of attitude if your unhappy about it you get worse treatment.I rather pay more money and be in a better place! To have a customer service and happier environment and better quality food! Waist of time and money and really ruined my day!

Across the street from my hotel, this Pret A Manger was very convenient. It is in a very compact space run by two members of staff. One person taking orders and warring up sandwiches, and the other performing the duties of the barista. I ordered a chicken pizza wrap and a large cafe americano with soy milk. I was impressed that the oven they used to warm up my wrap produced a heated wrap with a fresh from the oven flavor. My cafe americano was very good.

Very busy branch given location (side street off Oxford Street opposite Selfridges). Good range of products. The seating area is nice. I managed to get a nice high seat communal table by the window. Was busy and most other seats are taken. Staff were pleasant but not too friendly. Service was good despite being busy and a little slow. However they were doing their best with a long line. Reasonably clean but could be loads better as per most branches. Here at least staff were making an effort to clean. The black americano was good. Spot on. I have the coffee subscription. Nice vibe and good music. Wifi is not too good. Just be careful as a lot of thieves operate in the area who are on the look out for bags. We caught one girl trying it.

I visit this pret regularly due to working down the road.I've been served by the manager called Rafa three times on three different occasions who has served me with attitude, rudeness and slamming the cups and sighing when he got my order wrong.Looking at previous reviews I can see he has a reputation for such behaviour and other customers have had problems.As a pret subscriber and regular customer, this is not the behaviour I expect, especially from someone who claims they are the manager. I appreciate it can be busy in the mornings but it's no way to speak to customers.It's unacceptable.
