I used to like this place alot on my lunch breaks but it?s gone down hill so quick and so bad, the quality of the food has changed a lot, the prices are ridiculous for the bad quality, my cheese and tomato croissant was literally burnt cheese and I ate an empty croissant, it was just bread with the cheese melted away an burnt on the side, so terrible and when I complained they said it?s normal this happens to the cheese, no it?s not! I never had it like this before and the staff that?s another story, they are terrible, they look like they don?t want to work but they want the pay check at the same time, miserable staff and unfriendly, that?s what happens when we leave the EU, we had lovely friendly hard working Europeans and now haha it?s a joke, just miserable ppl with no manners at all forced to work otherwise no more benefits

The place is chill, cookies are nice.

I came mainly for coffee, but got something that was like hot water.

Don't count on this store being open at 6:30. I walked there in the rain to get breakfast, got there at 6:40.. and they were closed. The employees there debated letting me in and finally did and got me a quick toasty and coffee, told me they won't be ready until 7:30. I'm thankful for that. However, a business should honor their hours of operations or adjust them to reflect the actual time.

The worst hot chocolate I had in my life! My husband said it felt like a cup of hot milk.
The staff were nice but the beverage ruined it...

Visited Sunday afternoon.
Busy but not packed.
Food options towards the end of day were somewhat limited with only some of the typical Pret hot food and sandwiches available.
Service was perfectly fine and friendly.

I'm pay subscription customer agent need disabled training refused to serve me and kept on calling me bro sort it out then refused said they don't care I pay subscription, sort it out and site manager endorse this behaviour from his staff unacceptable
