Very day on the morning of the 1 staff work the delivery?s never have all the products or need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to collect I never have the food. And very bad customer service service

I just had an Avacado and chicken sandwich. I haven't had one from Pret in a few year's. Shame, it was more like a lettuce and mayonnaise sandwich with chicken and Avacado flavouring. Sort it out! Absolutely terrible, scrimping on expensive ingredients but still happy to charge premium prices. I won't be coming back.

I would never normally review Pret. But the service was so good I can?t not. The manager of it is excellent (not sure his name but tall, English brown hair). He runs a tight ship. The lady next to me asked for specific coffee order and I noticed he went up to her and checked if it was okay - not seen this in Pret before. He was very personal when he served me, asked me about my day. Service with a smile really counts. It just goes to show whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability. It?s hard to bring a personal touch to a chain but he?s doing a stellar job. I?m writing this with the hope the person and his employees get promoted!

When store opens up by Indian workers you should you won?t find anything , no breakfast sandwiches out on counter and he said it will come out at 7 am while time is 07:15 then he goes down to check and comes back empty handed.
Bring couple who cares not the people who just come to work to pass the hour to get pay.
